Baked Atlantic cod fillet, soft herb & Gruyere crumb, lemon & garlic buttered leeks & parmentier potatoes, crisp Tiger prawn tempura

Slow braised rosemary infused lamb shoulder, minted Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes garlic confit & red currant relish
