Burns Night

Celebrate Burn’s night in the Hideaway and enjoy a Scottish inspired three course feast for £35, or choose the pairing menu with a dram of whisky with your starter, main and dessert for £45.

During the evening, Whisky enthusiast Francis Peel from Stone’s Whitebridge Wines, will be serving drams of the 3 main whisky types explaining how each is made and the differences between the regional whisky blends.



Slow cooked Belly Pork, compressed haggis, celeriac, Baby Fennel


Celeriac and potato velouté, white truffle, powdered trompette mushrooms. VE/GF


Fallow deer haunch steak, game chips, Roasted confit carrot, red kale, Drambuie and juniper jus.


Salt baked swede steak, vegetable haggis, savoy cabbage, neeps and tatties, whisky sauce. VE/GF


Pan fried Chicken supreme wrapped in Ayrshire ham, Oatmeal Stuffing (Skirlie), Clapshot potatoes (Potato and yellow turnip/milk/butter/chives), Fine beans, Tarragon cream sauce.


Honey and malt whisky parfait, oat praline, Scottish shortbread biscuit, raspberries. VE/GF*


Tickets £35 per person for a 3-course meal OR £45 per person for a 3-course meal and Whisky flight.

Full payment due at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable. Tables of 6 – 10 guests so smaller groups may be seated on a shared table.
