An outdoor reared free range pig, butchered by our master butcher Nick and slow roasted on our spit. The pig is accompanied by pork stuffing, apple sauce and as much crackling as possible!
The size of the pig will be dependant on the number of people in the party.
(A 25KG pig is recommended for a party of between 20-30 people and for parties larger than 30 we recommend a 40kg pig)
