Hog Roast Menu...

An outdoor reared free range pig from Buttercross Farm, butchered at Aston Marina and slow roasted on our spit.

With all hog roast parties we will include your own chef to carve the pig and a member of staff to serve your accompaniments.  


The pig will be accompanied by:

Apricot, pork & sage stuffing

Apple sauce

Locally baked artisan bread rolls

As much crackling as possible

A range of salads can be provided if desired.
