Our chefs work hard to create contemporary British dishes based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. We know that having healthy diet doesn't mean you can't enjoy what you're eating, and the food that tastes the best has travelled the least distance. The secret to our food is in using fresh local ingredients, sympathetically prepared by our award winning chefs. All of our food is prepared fresh; we do not buy in anything other than raw ingredients.
All of our meat is free range and supplied by our friendly butcher Nick and his team next door in the Farm Shop, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and guaranteeing fabulous taste.
All of our fish and seafood is sustainably sourced and we try to introduce to our customers to great tasting alternatives to the traditional stocks which are in decline.
Please advise our staff regarding any food allergies which you may have. We will always do our very best to accommodate you and can often provide wheat free, gluten free or specially prepared dishes on request. If you do have any extreme allergies, please note that all of our food is prepared in the same environment.
